High school isn't as scary as people portray it to be, I came into highschool afraid that no one would even notice my existance. I was terrifyed that the seniors would kill me. I was afraid I would fail. I was afraid teachers wouldn't like me. I was afraid my life would change.
Weird thing is right now I'm in my first hour were I am 1 out of 2 freshman and sitting next to a senior named Caleigh Evans ,that I talk to everyday and suprisingly she's not gonna kill me.....yet. People in the highschool scream my name and randomly hug me on my way to classes. I have good grades and my life has changed but for the better. I have the toughest teachers who actually like me and I'm not afraid to be a freshman....anymore.
Being called "Fresh Meat" lasts for about the first 2 days and from there I think the seniors learn to love us....most of them anyway. I love the football games were no matter whar grade you're in you're all friends because you are rooting for the same team. If there is one thing I have learned about highschools it's.... we watch WAY to many movies and there is WAY less drama.
But after all the fear is gone I guess you could say high school grows on you(:
